In this paper, the design and working principle of a solar-powered solid absorption ice maker using GaCl2 as absorbent and NH3 as refrigerant is presented. The operating results show that, when the daily solar insolation on the horizontal level is 20 MJ. the ice maker can produce 2kg ice per square meter collector area.

介绍了一台以氯化钙(CaCl_2)、氨(NH_3)为工质对的太阳能固体吸收式制冰机的结构及工作原理。运行结果表明,当水平面上日辐射量为20MJ/m~2时,太阳能制冰机的日产冰量为2kg冰/m~2集热器面积。

Two dynamic simulation models have been developed for a solar-powered solid absorption ice.maker. The difference between them is that differant methods are used to calculate the heat transfer process inside the reactor. One of them takes the reaction front hypothesis. The other solves the non-steady heat conduction equation by finite difference method. In this part the reaction front model is introduced.

发展了两个太阳能固体吸收式制冰机的动态模拟程序,差别在于对反应器内的传热过程采用了不同的计算方法,其一采用反应前锋假设,其二采用有限差分方法求解非稳态的热传导方程。本文介绍反应前锋模型。

A dynamic simulation model using finite difference method has been developed for a solar-powered solid absorption icemaker. The results of simulation has good agreement with that of the reaction front model.

发展了使用有限差分方法对太阳能固体吸收式制冰机进行动态模拟的计算机程序。计算结果验证了反应前锋模型的正确性。
