本文对锚泊船在风、流作用下的低频振荡运动状态进行了模拟计算,得到了运动的时间历程及锚链张力与运动之间的关系,给出了安全锚泊时的单锚泊出链长度与风级之间的估算公式,并对使用止荡锚和主机等设备来抑制船体运动的效果进行了评价.通过实船验证和分析,得出了一些对实际工作具有指导意义的结论.

The paper begins with the establishment of an equation governing the motion of ships at anchor by which values of ship'S motion parameters and cable tension in the course of wind are obtained.The values, compared with those of the maximum holding power of ship's chains and anchors,give the safe-limit of wind speed for anchored ships.

本文首先建立锚泊船的运动方程,通过对运动方程求取数值解,得到在风力作用下船舶运动参数及锚链受力的时间历程,并与锚和链所能提供的极限抓力进行比较,从而得到安全锚泊的极限风速。

To master the maneuver technology of VLCC safety anchorage is the key to VLCC navigation safeguarding.The reducing speed standard when the VLCC anchoring and mooring,vessel operation when anchoring,anchoring force limit,critical wind force,anchoring and mooring scheme of different sea condition are deeply discussed in this paper,then it is measured by numeric analysis.Finally,optimized scheme of safety anchorage is pointed out.

掌握大型船舶安全锚泊的操作技术是大型船舶航行安全保障的关键环节。文中就大型船舶锚泊时的减速标准、抛锚时的船舶行动、锚泊外力极限和临界风速以及不同海况条件下的锚泊方案进行了探讨和一定的量化分析,并提出了安全锚泊的优化方案。
