本文对锚泊船在风、流作用下的低频振荡运动状态进行了模拟计算,得到了运动的时间历程及锚链张力与运动之间的关系,给出了安全锚泊时的单锚泊出链长度与风级之间的估算公式,并对使用止荡锚和主机等设备来抑制船体运动的效果进行了评价.通过实船验证和分析,得出了一些对实际工作具有指导意义的结论.

This paper summarizes buoy disasters in rough sea overseas advancing the importance of reliable safety, and some problems which have to be solved in buoy .design, such as reasonable shape selection,correct calculation, reliable construction and safe mooring system.The paper also points out that the small buoy has a bright future. The writer proposes to devote major efforts to develop the small buoy in our country.

文章概述了国外浮标在恶劣海况下发生的恶性事故,从而提出确保浮标安全可靠的重要性和在设计中必须解决的若干问题:合理的选型;正确的计算;可靠的结构和安全的锚锭系统。文章最后指出小型海洋调查浮标有广阔发展的前景。

The paper begins with the establishment of an equation governing the motion of ships at anchor by which values of ship'S motion parameters and cable tension in the course of wind are obtained.The values, compared with those of the maximum holding power of ship's chains and anchors,give the safe-limit of wind speed for anchored ships.

本文首先建立锚泊船的运动方程,通过对运动方程求取数值解,得到在风力作用下船舶运动参数及锚链受力的时间历程,并与锚和链所能提供的极限抓力进行比较,从而得到安全锚泊的极限风速。
