ACF adsorption and desorption regulation,ACF using life and other technology information for industrialization are provided.Saturated ACF can be desorbed with 200-500℃ steam and its exhausting gas should be burned in order to eliminate the second pollution.

研究了以活性碳纤维吸附净化炼油厂二次生化砂滤出水的规律,并在实验中摸索出一整套工艺参数,对活性碳纤维反复吸(脱)附使用寿命进行估算,为炼油厂废水处理、回用的工业化提供参考。实验表明,每千克活性碳纤维可净化1.5吨废水,各项指标均达到循环水回用之要求,其吸附——脱附50次对废水的净化率为:CODcr51.2%,浊度80.5%,悬浮物82.1%,对挥发酚、石油类、硫化物等污染物质的净化效率均在90%以上,对钙镁等金属离子也有一定净化效果。饱和的活性碳纤维经200~500℃过热蒸汽脱附后使用,效果不变,脱附出的有机废气可焚烧处理,从而消除二次污染。

In order to obtain the most desirble economic results, the most efficient hydrofining catalyst for the diesel oil from the heavy catalytic cracking should be selected according to the different raw material. The factors making diesel oil from heavy catalystic cracking unstable have been studied theoritically. It is generall agreed that the factors of diesel unstability were that raw material has been changed to heavy, and that olefin content, naphthenoaromatics content, sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen content grow...

The factors making diesel oil from heavy catalystic cracking unstable have been studied theoritically. It is generall agreed that the factors of diesel unstability were that raw material has been changed to heavy, and that olefin content, naphthenoaromatics content, sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen content grow in quantity. The higher active catalyst of HDS, HDN and saturation hydrogenation is required. At present, the hydrofining catalysts used in practice were RN-1 series of W-Ni type(RN-1 and RN-10 are typical) and 481 series of Mo-Ni type (FH-5 is typical). FH-5 was used in 16 units. RN-1 was used in 30 units and has been exported. RN-10 is a new improved RN-1 catalyst. The performance of three important commercial hydrofining catalysts was compared in detail. FH-5 is a better catalyst for HDS;RN-1 is a better catalyst for HDN and HDS;RN-10 is a good catalyst not only with high activity of HDN and HDS, but also with great proeess ability and requirement of moderable operation conditions. A suggestion of that how to select an optimum catalyst and process condition for diesel oil hydrofining was proposed.

为了使重油催化裂化柴油通过加氢精制获得满意 的经济效益,应针对不同的原 料性质来选择最佳的催化剂。从理论上分析了造成催化柴油不安定的因素,认为是由于原料变重,柴油中烯烃、环烷- 芳烃含量增多,并且含硫、氮、氧的非烃化 合物含量明显增加。加氢精制反应对 催化剂的脱硫、氮、氧,加氢饱和的活性要求更高。目前,加氢精制催化剂有 W - Ni 型 R N- 1 系列( 以 R N - 1 、 R N - 10 为代表)及 Mo - Ni 型481 系列( 以 F H - 5 为代表) , F H- 5 已在国内16 套装置使用, R N- 1 已有30 套国内装置使用,并出口国外, R N- 10 是 R N- 1 的改进型 新催化剂。文章较详细 地分析对比 了 F H - 5 、 R N- 1 及 R N- 10 三种常用的加氢催化剂在工业装置中的应用情况,认为 F H- 5 催化剂是一种脱硫能力较强的加氢催化剂, R N - 1 是脱硫脱氮能力均较强,而 R N- 10 不仅是具有更好的脱硫脱氮活性,而且具有处理能力大,操作条件缓和的优质催化剂。同时对优化加氢精制的操作条件提出了建议
