Terrestrial ecosystem is an important carbon pool, which plays a crucial role in carbon biogeochemical cycle. Human activities such as fossil fuel combustion and land use change have resulted in carbon fluxes from terrestrial ecosystem to the atmosphere, which increased the atmospheric CO 2 concentration, and reinforced the greenhouse effect. Land use change affects the structure and function of the terrestrial ecosystem, which causes its change of carbon storage. To a great extent, the change of carbon storage lies in the type of ecosystem and the change of land use patterns. The conversion of forest to agricultural land and pasture causes a large reduction of carbon storage in vegetation and soil, and the decrease of soil carbon concentration is mainly caused by the reduction of detritus, the acceleration of soil organic matter decomposition, and the destroy of physical protection to organic matter due to agricultural practices. The loss of soil organic matter appears at the early stage after deforestation, and the loss rate is influenced by many factors and soil physical, chemical and biological processes. The conversion of agricultural land and pasture to forest and many conservative agricultural practices can sequester atmospheric carbon in vegetation and soil. Vegetation can sequester large amounts of carbon from atmosphere, while carbon accumulation in soil varies greatly because of farming history and soil spatial heterogeneity.Conservative agricultural practices such as no tillage, reasonable cropping system,and fertilization can influence soil physical and chemical characters , plant growth , quality and quantity of stubble,and soil microbial biomass and its activity,and hence, maintain and increase soil carbon concentration.

This paper studies the performance of two full-scale one-story,one-bay H-section steel frames in fire.3400mm-long steel beams,3200mm-long steel columns and 1000mm-wide concrete slabs are used in the experiment.Fire condition which may have influence on the performance of H-section steel frames in fire is examined.Based on the test results,the regularities of temperature field of steel beams,concrete slabs and steel columns and deflection of steel frames are presented.The test results reveal that temperature...

This paper studies the performance of two full-scale one-story,one-bay H-section steel frames in fire.3400mm-long steel beams,3200mm-long steel columns and 1000mm-wide concrete slabs are used in the experiment.Fire condition which may have influence on the performance of H-section steel frames in fire is examined.Based on the test results,the regularities of temperature field of steel beams,concrete slabs and steel columns and deflection of steel frames are presented.The test results reveal that temperature differs at the section of steel beams because of the concrete slabs.Compressive buckling is located in the steel columns below the protected steel joint when both steel beams and steel columns are in fire.Conclusion of this paper may provides a reference for further research of fire-proof behavior of steel structures.

本文对2榀H型钢单层单跨钢框架进行抗火性能的试验研究。试验采用足尺试件,钢梁长3400mm,钢柱高3200mm,混凝土板宽1000mm。试验中考虑不同受火工况对钢框架抗火性能的影响。通过试验得出了梁、板、柱温度场变化规律和钢框架变形情况。试验结果表明:火灾下,由于钢筋混凝土板的存在,钢梁沿截面高度各点温度不一致,即钢梁沿截面高度存在温度变化的温度场;梁柱全部受火的单层单跨钢框架(节点受到保护)破坏方式为钢柱压屈破坏,破坏位置在受到保护的钢节点下部的钢柱上。本文研究结果为今后钢结构抗火性能的进一步研究提供参考数据。

>=Ecologic tour is a new form of travel, which develop fast. How ever, during the process of ecologic tour, there are some phenomena harmful to it, such as pursuit economic value unilaterally, destroy the ecologic environment. The thesis analyse some problems during the development of ecologic tour and objection of legal protection system. Mean while, we reference international tour law and other countries tour law to establish Chinese ecologic tour legal protection system to protect ecologic environment.

生态旅游是一种正在迅速发展的新兴的旅游形式,但是目前存在片面追求经济效益、重开发轻保护、破坏生态环境的现象。本文分析了生态旅游开发利用中存在的问题与法律保障体系的缺失,通过借鉴国际旅游法与各国旅游法并结合我国的现状,提出生态旅游的法律保障体系的完善措施,以此来保护自然景观与文化遗产,使生态旅游业成为一种可持续发展的绿色产业。
