With a new test system, many factors, such as fusehead weight and chamber pressure, etc. which have influence upon the precision of the delay time of detonators, have been studied. As a result, the chamber pressure increases as the fusehead weight increases and decreases as the chamber length increases. For instance, with KCLO_3-C-DDNP fusehead mixfure system, fusehend weight of 12~15mg and chamber length of 10 mm are suitable for improving the precision of delay time of detonators.

本文采用一套新的测试系统,对煤矿许用型毫秒延期电雷管引火药头在模拟雷管气室中的压力及其对秒量精度的影响进行了测试研究。结果表明:气室压力随药头重量增加而增加、随气室长度增长而减小;对于五芯铅管延期体,药头重量大,气室长度小,气室压力高,秒量精度好。本文建议:在管壳和封口良好情况下,采用12~15mg KClO_3-C-DDNP系引火药头、10mm气室,对提高秒量精度是有效的。

Through the comparison of three kinds of delay element structure, it is provided that the delay time precision can be improved obviously dy modifying the delay element structure. Here, the results obtained are also studied and analyzed.
