在实施汽油无铅化的过程中,一个值得引起重视的问题是,要防止“污染替代”发生,即在消除铅污染的同时,防止另一些对环境和健康构成严重威胁的污染物被引入。该文在调研大量中外文献的基础上,综述了目前研究较多的苯、芳烃、烯烃、甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)等汽油组成和汽油蒸气压对汽车排放正、负方面的影响,提出了制定汽油燃料环保标准、汽油无铅化和安装催化转化器同步进行等建议。

The process of oil production by co-processing of low-temperature carbonization tar and waste profax was studied in this paper. The optimum conditions were obtained and the products were evaluated. In the optimum condition, the ratio of low temperature carbonization tar was no more than 15%. The addition of waste PE to 40% does not affect the quality of oil. Conversion can reach 86% with various yields of o# diesel oil and 90# gasoline.

本文对低温煤焦油和废聚丙烯塑料共裂解油化工艺条件进行了研究。通过优化实验,得到了废聚丙烯塑料与低温煤焦油共裂解制油的最佳操作条件,并对试验结果进行了分析。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,低温煤焦油加入量不能超过15%,共熔物制油转化率可达86%。同时加入总量40%的废聚乙烯塑料不影响油品转化率,只影响柴油和汽油的相对收率。制成的柴油同0#标准柴油指标一致,汽油同90#标准汽油指标基本相同。
