The effect of temperature and LHSV on the hydrogenation of aromatics and product distribution have been examined. The composition and properties of the jet fuel have been analyzed and evaluated.The main conclusions are as follows, 1) The hydrocracking of the middle distillate by the catalyst with low acidity and high hydrogenation activity can effectively enhance the conversion of aromatics and the yield of jet fuel. 2) Under the condition of temperature 350-360℃, total pressure 15MPa and LHSV 0.8-1.Oh~(-1), excellent jet fuel was obtained with low chilling point and high calorific value. 3) The middle distillate from coal liquefaction is more suitable for producing jet fuel than for producing diesel fuel.

在实验室固定床反应装置上,选用Mo-Ni-P/Si-Al工业催化剂,对精煤液化中油进行了加氢裂化制取喷气燃料的实验。考察了反应温度、空速对芳烃加氢转化及产品馏分分布的影响。通过加氢裂化,降低了油品芳烃含量,提高了喷气燃料馏分的收率。在总压为15MPa,反应温度为350—360℃,空速为0.8—1.0h~(-1)条件下,获得了芳烃含量低于10w%的低结晶点的优质喷气燃料产品。并对煤液化中油制取的喷气燃料的组成和性质进行了分析和评价。

To solve the problems of unsteady operation of original crude acetone tower in a m -cresol plant and its products being unable to meet the requirement of separation, simulation and analysis for the distillation process was carried out by using Aspen Plus. 针对间甲酚装置粗丙酮塔操作难以稳定、不能满足分离要求的问题,结合粗丙酮塔精馏物系的特点,采用AS-PEN模拟软件对其分离过程进行了模拟分析和研究,提出了适宜的分离工艺方案和操作条件,在此基础上对原塔进行了技术改造。改造后,塔顶产品馏分中间甲酚的质量分数小于等于0.5%,塔釜流股中轻烃质量分数小于等于0.5%,满足了分离要求,同时精馏塔的操作稳定性得到了明显提高。
