汽车传动轴管由于担负长距离传输扭矩的任务,因此在强度、精度及工艺性等方面有很高的要求。对加工传动轴管采用的带芯冷拔工艺进行了可行性分析,并进行了工艺试验。试验结果表明,采用短芯棒冷拔工艺加工传动轴管,在技术上是成功的。

Presented in this paper is the manufacture process of pipes for automobile drive axle and the production experience in this field obtained by the Welded Pipe Plant, Shoudu I & S Corp. from practice of years, which is worth referring to other producers.
