Through separate calculations of amount of heat that cool air and heat air give out at equal presure in furnaces, and by compvehensive analysis of furnace energy consumption. I think that the basis of dynamics of blast furnace smelting and cupola smelting is the theory of absorption. It is right that the absorption theory be used to guide intensitying smelting in blast and cupola. In my point of view, the usage of heat air is mainly to decrease effect of blow cooling in wind gap. But it costs more energy (including electricity and heat)and needs complex equipment when heat air is used. Nowadays, with the development of an electronic technique and other higher technique. We should finish up using the heat air and research into utilizing cool air instead, thus to save a large amount of energy and equipment cost. We should consider the absorption theory as the theoretical basic of intensifyning, smelting in blast furnace and cupola so as to find a new way.

本文通过对焦炭燃烧机理的探讨,通过在等压下分别对冷风和热风的发热量的计算,并对能耗的分析,可以得出高炉冶炼和冲天炉熔炼的动力学是吸附理论,用吸附理论来指导高炉和冲天炉的强化工作更有意义。笔者认为热风的使用主要是起到减少风口的吹冷作用。但使用热风能耗高(包括电能和热能),设备复杂。人们应该重新研究使用冷风,这样可以节约大量的能源和设备资金。应该以吸附理论为强化高炉冶炼和冲天炉熔炼的理论基础,开辟一条强化工作的新途径。

Air solution treatment plus base acid pickling process can be applied to the commercial production of β 21 S titanium sheet. The commercial β 21 S titanium sheets (0 3 mm thick) have tensile strengths of 850 MPa~900 MPa, elongations of over 8% and good cold forming properties.

通过β21S钛合金冷轧薄板(厚度约为035mm)的再结晶试验、氧化试验、碱酸洗工艺试验,对比分析了分别经真空固溶加氩气吹冷工艺、真空固溶后快速炉冷工艺及空气固溶加碱酸洗工艺的薄板组织和性能,探索出了一种适于工厂生产的固溶加碱酸洗工艺,经这种工艺处理后的03mm薄板材强度σb在850MPa~900MPa之间,塑性达8%以上,冷成形性能良好。
