The study object of this article is the teeth of the driving gear in the increasing speed gearing of the armoured vehicle,which are meshing at addenda.The systematical researches have been made on the bending fatigue stress at the tooth root dangerous section of the driving gear tooth subjected to the actual external load including the sliding friction between the teeth,and a group of formulas have been derived for calculating the bending fatigue stress.It has been proved by a series of calculations and analyses that the effect of the sliding friction between the teeth on the bending fatigue stress should not be negligible.The suggestion is that the bending fatigue stress on the tooth root dangerous section of the driving gear in the increasing speed gearing of the armoured vehide can be calculated and checked according to the formulas derived and recommended in this paper.

以装甲车增速齿轮传动大齿轮(简称大齿轮)处于齿顶啮合时的轮齿为研究对象,系统地研究了在包括齿间滑动摩擦力在内的实际外载荷作用下轮齿危险剖面上的弯曲疲劳应力, 并推导出计及齿间摩擦力影响的大齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度计算公式. 计算及分析表明, 齿间摩擦力对大齿轮齿根危险剖面上弯曲疲劳应力的影响不可忽视. 建议按本文导出的公式计算和校验大齿轮齿根危险剖面上弯曲疲劳应力.
