Republic of China.

本文对汽轮机通流部份内部除湿,包括在导向叶片内除湿.工作叶栅内除湿.导向叶栅后除湿以及隔板除湿,专门的汽轮机级——分离器、提高小颗粒水分的分离效果等除湿方法的原理、试验情况进行了概述,并进行了适当的分析,同时对我国开展这方面的研究工作提出自己的看法。

Differing from the view that non-uniform stator cascade can amelioratethe conditions of the rotor blade vibration[7], we present the mechanism ofblade vibration possibly worsened dy non-uniform cascade. In the case ofnon-uniform cascade, not only the wakes will be distributed irregularly aroundthe circumference, but also the flows in passages of the cascade will be changedseverely to quite different degrees, which induces serious circumferential,distortion of the flow and exerts periodic excitation on the rotor...

Differing from the view that non-uniform stator cascade can amelioratethe conditions of the rotor blade vibration[7], we present the mechanism ofblade vibration possibly worsened dy non-uniform cascade. In the case ofnon-uniform cascade, not only the wakes will be distributed irregularly aroundthe circumference, but also the flows in passages of the cascade will be changedseverely to quite different degrees, which induces serious circumferential,distortion of the flow and exerts periodic excitation on the rotor bladebehind the cascade. A method is developed in this paper for calculating the wakes and bladevibration response, based on the equilibrim of energy input to and output fromthe blade. By the use of this method, two kinds of non-uniform csacades (onewith unequal pitch and another with unequal stagger angle) and an originaluniform cascade are calculated for comparison. The results indicate that theserious distortion of flow will cause many new components of excitation forceto appear, especially the low-order excitation components; some of these comp-onents' amplitudes may be quite large. These low-order excitation componentsmake it possible for the blade to have low-order resonances in the engine opera-tion range. The correctness of the method finds some support in an actual case of non.uniform cascade in which the blades vibrated so seriously that some bladesfractured.

在轴流式压气机和涡轮中,不均匀导向叶栅及其尾迹将引起栅后流场速度和总压的周向畸变,并对其后的转子叶片产生周期性激振。本文分析了多种不均匀叶栅及其尾迹引起叶片振动的机理,并推导了计算叶栅尾迹、气体激振力以及叶片振动响应的计算方法。最后,对几种具体的不均匀叶栅进行了计算,并与相应的均匀叶栅进行了比较。结果表明:不均匀导流叶栅及其尾迹所引起的流场周向畸变,不仅使气体激振力频带变宽,而且还可能产生幅值很大的低阶倍频谐振力,并导致转子叶片疲劳破坏。

By means of analysis of experimental results and numerical calcula tion,this paper discusses the effect of pressure distribution in three-dimensional flow field of cascade on the type of curved blade and reveals the mechanism of reducing energy losses in cascade by using curved blade, that is: using curved blade can change the pressure distribution of three-dimensional flow field in cascade passage.For expansion cascade,it is favourable to use positive curved blade.For guide vans and compressor cascades which...

根据实验结果和数值计算结果的分析,本文讨论了三维流场的压力分布对弯曲叶片型式的影响。进一步揭示利用弯曲叶片减小叶栅通道内能量损失的机理,弯曲叶片可以改变三维流场内的径向、横向和流向的压力分布。对于膨胀叶栅,采用正弯曲叶片可以显著的降低叶栅中的总能量损失系数。对于叶展中部伴有边界层强烈分离的导向叶栅,采用反弯曲叶片将有利于减小总能量损失。
