This work, based on the formula of spectral line intensity, studies the effect of alkali-and alkali earth-fluorides on the spectral line intensity of elements of various kind. The mechanism of enhancement of the spectral line intensities of the elements is also discussed.The results obtained show that decrease of ionizability is a major factor in enhancing spectral line intensities of the elements which are easy to be ionized.For some of the elements which are difficult to be ionized, enhancement of intensity...

This work, based on the formula of spectral line intensity, studies the effect of alkali-and alkali earth-fluorides on the spectral line intensity of elements of various kind. The mechanism of enhancement of the spectral line intensities of the elements is also discussed.The results obtained show that decrease of ionizability is a major factor in enhancing spectral line intensities of the elements which are easy to be ionized.For some of the elements which are difficult to be ionized, enhancement of intensity is mainly caused by increase of their concentrations in the arc plasma by the use of fluorides.For some of the elements which are difficult to evaporate, concentration increase is caused by the evaporation and diffusion processes. However, for those elements which are easy to evaporate, the same phenomenon is caused by the diffusion process.

本文基于谱线强度公式,研究了碱金属和碱土金属氟化物对各种元素谱线强度的影响,也讨论了这些元素的谱线强度增强的机理。所得结果表明,电离度的降低是易电离元素的谱线强度增强的主要因素,对某些难电离的元素,谱线强度的增加,主要是因使用氟化物,电孤等离子体中,元素的浓度增加所致。某些难挥发的元素浓度的增加,是由挥发过程加快和扩散过程变慢所引起,而易挥发的元素浓度的增加,则由扩散过程变慢所造成。

The present study deals with the interference of the easily ionizable element sodium on Calcium atom line (Ca Ⅰ 422.67nm) and calcium ion line (Ca Ⅱ 396.85nm) in the miniature torch that macde by ourselves for ICP-AES.The effect of-the sodium concentration,the RF power and the carriergas flow rate on the interference were investigated at different observation height above the load coil. The character of ionization interference in the miniature torch is similar to that in a conventional torch.

本文研究了自制小型炬管[1]中,易电离元素Na对钙原子线Ca422.67nm及钙离子线Ca396.85nm的干扰。试验了在不同观察高度处,钠的浓度、等离子体功率及载气流量对干扰作用的影响。其电离干扰特性与常规炬管相似。

In order to overcome the problem of low sample tolerance of MIP with a high excitation capability , a new microsample introduction system based on the combination of microelectrothermal vaporization (ETV) and desolvation with concentrated sulfuric acid was developed. A comparison between the new system and the conventional desolvation system with a condensor was made. It was shown that the water vapor was better removed by the new system and the stability and the excitation capability were therefore improved....

提出一种新的微量进样系统——微型电热蒸发与浓硫酸去溶联用系统,与传统的冷凝法去溶系统比较,新系统脱水完全,改进了M1P的稳定性和激发能力,是一种适合于MIPAES的实用型进样系统.研究了用该进样系统时Ar MIP和He MIP的光谱分析特性及易电离元素的影响.
