通过对双栅场效应管第二栅终端阻抗和偏压对晶体管网络增益控制特性的研究,确定了用双栅场效应管来实现微波脉冲调制的方案,并应用小信号s参量来等效脉冲调制振荡器。实验测试表明,所研制的脉冲固态源具有频率抖动小、开关隔离度高、开关响应快和脉冲波频谱纯等优良性能。

The operation principle and design method of a direct pulse encoding modulation SAW oscillator are elaborated.A good pulse encoding modulation SAW oscillator was produced in practice.The device operates at the frequency of 394 MHz,with modulated frequency deviation >200 kHz, rate of modulated signal code in excess of 400 kbit/s, output power>50 mW,temperature stability of ±50×10 -6 (-20 °C~+60 °C).
