With the emerging of new video coding standard MPEG-4whose coding is based on moving object's fea-tures and the wide application of intelligent surveillance system,the study on the algorithms of segmenting moving ob-jects from video has become a key problem.This paper proposes and implements a moving object segmentation method,which based on inter-frame difference.Firstly,it extracts the outlines of change areas from inter-frame difference,and then separates their entities as foreground by dilating operation.Secondly,storages the pixels located on the boundary of the foreground as the elements of SL(seed line).Lastly,using SL shrinks the foreground until the boundaries of the moving objects are reached.This algorithm is simple in operation,not complicated in computation,and only uses first two frames in video,so it can be adopted in real-time application.Results of the experiment show its effectiveness of seg-menting the main objects.

随着基于运动对象特征编码的MPEG-4压缩标准的制定及智能监控系统的广泛应用,从视频序列中分割出运动对象的算法成为当今研究的热点。为此,文章提出并实现了一种基于互帧差的视频运动对象分割方法。它先从互帧差图像中提取出运动物体的基本轮廓,通过膨胀运算将尽可能是前景的区域分离出来。再将前景区域边缘的象素作为种子队列的元素,从种子队列出发向前景区域内部收缩,最后搜索到运动物体。这种算法方法简单,运算量小,而且只使用了头两帧的信息,因而适合于实时应用。实验结果表明,这种方法能有效地分割出主要的运动目标。

The key issue of mining data on WEB is how to design an intelligent and effective spider.The paper analyzes the work flow and key technologies of the spider facing URL in details.It also brings forward the mind that adopting several queues to manage the URL list,in order to download HTML files in high speed we sort the URLs by document correlativity.Moreover,we import the idea of iterative threshold into computing document correlativity,which resolve the random modification of threshold.

WEB数据挖掘的关键是设计智能、高效的网络机器人.详细分析了面向URL的网络机器人的工作流程及实现它的关键技术,提出用多个队列管理URL列表,且队列元素按文档相关性高低排序,并行高速地下载网页.此外,在文档相关性计算中设计了一个可收敛的迭代阈值算法,有效地解决了相关度阈值设定的随意性.
