The large scale system is a kind of multi-variable system characterized by having a very large number of variables.The application of conventional parameter estimation methods for multi-input and multi-output systems to large scale system are almost impossible,because the computation requirement due to high dimensionality is so tremendous that it should be hard to carry out.This is the difficulty to be surmounted or bypassed when one tries to identify a large scale system.A review of various methods tractable to those problems are introduced hereby.Conceptually,these methods fall into two catalogues,i.e.simplification and decentralization.The simplification procedures for parameter estimation of large scale system are based on perturbation techniques.The decentralization approaches are realized by hierarchical structure methods.They will give either the on-line estimates with the aid of distributed computing system or the off-line estimates with a minicomputer when such a system is unavailable.The discussion involves perturbation theory,hierarchical system theory extended Kalman filter,maximum a posteriori estimation,some iterative methods and recursive methods etc.The emphasis are,however,placed on the conceptual developments.In the conclusion,the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches together with a perspective of future development are discussed.

大系统是一种变量甚多的多变量系统。把通常的多输人多输出系统参数估计的方法用于大系统,则往往因维数太高,使计算量过大,而难于实现。大系统参数估计必须克服这种困难。主要有两个途径:一是简化,二是分散。本文综述了采用这两个途径的现有方法。主要是摄动方法、借助于分布式计算机系统可用于在线估计的递阶结构方法以及用较小计算机就可离线进行大系统参数估计的递阶结构方法。综述着重于阐明主要概念,指出现有方法的优缺点和发展方向。

This paper suggests a new method for identifying parameters of linear time-invariant vibration system by the use of Kalman filtering technique.To start with,the system dynamic equation is transformed into discrete-time state equation in observable canonical form.For the application of Kalman filtering technique,the identification problem of the canonical form parameters of a single-input and mutioutput system is dealt with as a state estimation problem of several single-input and single-output systems.Three sets of practicable filtering formulas and a method of selecting the initial information for filtering are introduced.Then,formulas for transforming the canonical form parameters obtained through filtering into the complex modal parameters and undamping natural modal parameters of the vibration system are presented,and finally,the methods are discussed and results of a simulation experiment are given.

本文提出了利用卡尔曼滤波技术识别线性定常振动系统参数的方法。 首先,将系统动力学方程转化为离散的可观标准型状态方程;为了应用卡尔曼滤波技术,再将一个单输入多输出系统的标准型参数识别问题转化为若干个单输入单输出系统的状态估计问题。接着,介绍了三组实用的滤波公式以及选取滤波键所需的初始信息的方法。然后,列出了由滤波得到的标准型参数求得振动系统的复模态参数和固有模态参数所用的转换公式。最后讨论了本文所提出的方法,并给出了一个模型的模拟试验结果。

This paper gives a study of the dynamicbehaviour of split shaft gas turbines with regenerator and adjustable nozzles by themodern control theory. With the detailed consideration of the physical phenomena,which take place in transient response, five differential and six algebraic equationsdescribing the dynamic behaviour are deduced, finally, through some special transfor-mation, a mathematical model of split shaft gas turbines in state-space form isobtained. On the basis of this state-space mathematical model, this paper presentsa common computer programm for the dynamic study of different split-shaft gasturbines with different control rules. This mathematical model may also be used forthe optimal control of split-shaft gas turbines.

燃气轮机是一个复杂的非线性、多输入一多输出系统。随着燃气轮机轴数的增加(分轴、双轴、叁轴…),被调节量的增多和调节规律的复杂化(从只调节燃料量到同时调节燃料量、可调喷嘴、可转导叶…),以及在系统中包括多个调节回路,更增加了分析的复杂性。本文用现代控制理论对带回热器、具有可调喷嘴的分轴燃气轮机进行分析研究,列出了描述分轴机组的微分方程与代数方程,经变换后得到了分轴机组的状态空间数学模型。在此基础上,用子系统组合的方法编制了适合于不同分轴机组和不同调节规律动态分析的通用程序。此数学模型亦可用于分轴机组的最优控制。
