本文讨论了0~256π范围内实现二进制编码器的工作原理,并对实现空间二进制编码器传动系统及码盘系统进行了计算与精度分析,同时对粗、细编码盘的校正进行了讨论。由于大角度采用空间编码、使机构和电路大大简化,提高了抗干扰能力,对实现雷达测角及数控机床加工过程中的尺寸检测有着广泛的实用性。
