Method: The maturation and the ability of in vitro fertilization (IVF) of murine oocyte were studied after being exposed to camphor ball using in vitro culture and IVF, etc. Results: The results showed that camphor ball exposure (3 days group and 5 days group) exhibited an obvious toxicity to murine ovary and liver. In the 5 days group the number of ovulation in superovulation was significantly reduced. The results also showed that camphor ball could inhibit the extruding of the first polar body and affect the quality and the viability of murine oocyte resulting in lowering the rate of IVF, but it showed little impact on germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD). Conclusion: The results indicated that camphor ball may be hazardous to the maturation of murine oocyte, and significantly reduced the ability of IVF which may be the obvious toxicity to the reproduction of mouse.

目的 :探索由对二氯化苯制成的樟脑的生殖毒性。方法 :采用卵母细胞体外培养、体外受精等方法研究樟脑丸对小鼠卵母细胞成熟和受精能力的影响。结果 :接触樟脑丸 3 d组和 5d组对小鼠的卵巢和肝脏有明显的毒性作用 ,5d组能显著降低超排卵数 ;樟脑丸对卵母细胞生发泡破裂没有影响 ,但抑制卵母细胞第一极体的释放 ,影响其存活率及降低体外受精率。结论 :本实验结果提示 ,樟脑丸可能影响超排卵小鼠卵母细胞的成熟 ,明显降低卵母细胞的体外受精的能力 ,并表现有明显的生殖细胞毒性。

This bacterial strain can grow with phenol as sole carbon sources. Making use of naphthalene and dichlorophenol, it can grow in which the mass concentration of phenol in the culture medium is up to 1 300 mg/L. When the mass concentration of phenol is below 825 mg/L, it can almost degrade phenol completely. The results show that ZXY-75 is stable to grow and degrade phenol when the temperature is between 25 ℃ and 35 ℃, the optimum temperature is 30 ℃. When the pH is 6.0~7.5, the rate of degradation is over 98.75%. The optimum pH is 7.0 for the growth of ZXY-75. When used in activated sludge process, it can improve the properties of sludge and the water quality distinctly. Generic characterization has been examined and the results show that the strain has very steady generic characterization.

 为了降低抚顺石油一厂排放废水中苯酚的质量浓度和提高循环水的质量,从长期受污染的土壤中通过筛选、诱变、分离得到一株能以苯酚为唯一碳源生长的高效降解菌株ZXY-75,能同时利用萘和二氯化苯,可在苯酚质量浓度高达1300mg/L的培养基中生长,在苯酚质量浓度低于825mg/L时,几乎能将苯酚完全降解。结果表明,在25~35℃之间,ZXY—75生长和降解苯酚比较稳定,30℃时最佳;在pH为6.0~7.5时,苯酚降解率达98 75%以上,pH为7 0是ZXY—75最佳生长条件。在活性污泥小试装置应用中能明显改善污泥性状和出水水质。同时考查了诱变菌株的遗传稳定性,将该菌株保存3a,其降解苯酚的能力未变,表明该菌株具有非常稳定的遗传特性。
