In this paper, poly(L-lactid-co-?-caprolactone) [P(LLA-CL)] nanofibers and collagen-chitosan complex nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning.

本文检测了突验性肝纤维化中Ⅰ型胶原抗体,实验结果显示:各实验组的总阳性率为35%。其抗体滴度与肝中胶原沉积量有显著相关性,且抗体滴度峰较胶原在肝中沉积高峰提前,提示Ⅰ型胶原抗体出现,可对肝纤维化胶原沉积早期诊断和肝纤维化进展估计具有一定意义。

作者应用抗不同抗原决定簇的Ⅲ型胶原单克隆抗体CAb-15,CAb 16,分别对正常肝、慢性肝炎、肝硬变和肝细胞癌的福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋组织进行免疫组化定位.结果在慢性迁延性肝炎-慢性活动性肝炎肝硬变之间,Ⅲ型胶原呈递增趋势,在慢性活动性肝炎,肝硬变及肝细胞癌组织中部分细胞与抗x_1[Ⅲ]链的胶原抗体呈阳性反应,表明肝细胞及肝细胞癌细胞具有合成Ⅲ型胶原的能力,在肝纤维化和癌间质形成过程中具有重要作用,同时也提示Ⅲ型胶原在细胞内、外的存在状态有所区别.
