    本文记述了对玉门原油各润滑油馏分性质的研究结果.各馏分是由脱沥青的玉门全润滑油镏分经过实沸点蒸馏,高真空蒸馏,酚精炼,丙酮、甲苯、苯脱蜡及白土处理等步骤而取得的窄馏分.另外对各阶段处理后的油的性质进行了分析.这些结果阐明了玉门原油在制取润滑油上有它的一些有利条件,作为普通的各种润滑油的原料是很合适的;但另一方面,也有它的缺点,就是粘度指数较低.平均分子结构的分析表明,玉门润滑油主要是由多环而侧链短之成分所组成的;经溶剂分析也得知其中高粘度指数成分较少,只有在低收率时方可获得一部分粘度指数为84—88的航空机油.唯此时一部分抽出油质量很好,可用作普通的机油.

    取克拉瑪依原油大于320°的去头原油作原料,經过閃蒸去瀝青和真空蒸餾得到九个窄餾份,測定了这些餾分脫腊前和脫腊后的性貭。另外,分別对輕、中、重三段脫腊潤滑油原料,利用溶剂分析方法考察了它們的組成和性貭的关系。最后,根据一般潤滑油加工条件,切取三段餾份,經过丙烷脱瀝青、酚抽提、溶剂脫蜡和白土处理等工艺过程,制得成品潤滑油并分析其性貭。上述結果說明克拉瑪依潤滑油的腊含量低,酸价、树脂含量較高,环烷烴含量較多,在加工过程中潤滑油收率較高,所得的潤滑油,推測由于組成上以短側鏈环烷烴为主,粘度指数不高。

Adsorption on silica gel,aluminum Oxide and active clay,only a small portion with lower pour point was obtained,while the pour points of larger portions are higher than that of the original stocks.It was found that active carbon,especially the Fushun active carbon is very effective for the separation of low pour point lubricating oil,the quantity of fractions with pour point below -35℃(the pour point of the original stock)separated is 40%,a lowest pour point fraction of -63℃ can be obtained. Thermal diffusion method is also effective for the separation of low pour point lubricating oil,but the lowest pour point of the fraction recovered is found to be -55℃,

    研究了从玉门轻质润滑油中用硅胶、氧化铝、活性白土和活性炭作吸附剂的吸附和热扩散分离低凝固点油的方法.用硅胶、氧化铝、活性白土吸附分离时,所得大部分分离油的凝固点都高于原料油,仅分离出一少部分凝固点略低于原料油的油.活性炭是一种非常有效的分离低凝固点润滑油的吸附剂,其中以抚顺活性炭为最好.用抚顺活性炭吸附分离时,得到了40%凝固点低于-35°(原料油的凝固点)的馏分,最低凝固点可达-63°.热扩散也是一个有效分离低凝固点润滑油的方法,但分离油最低凝固点只有-55°.
