Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kangshuai Fuchao Tang (KFT,抗衰复巢汤) associated with artificial cycle therapy (ACT) for ovarian senilism (OS). Methods: 55 cases of OS were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (30 oases) was treated by KFT (composed of Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Semen Cusrutae, Herba Cistanches, Fructus Lycii, Placenta Hominis, Cortex Moutan, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Caulis Spatholobi, Rhizoma Polygonati, Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Radix Glycyrrhizae) associated with ACT; the control group (25 cases) by western medicine alone. 3 months constituted the course of treatment and 2 courses were given continuously. Results: After treatment, the level of serum hormone were markedly improved in both groups than that of before treatment ( P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01). After treatment, the symptoms were markedly improved in both groups. The cured rate was 50% and 28% , the markedly effective rate was 80% and 60% and the total effective rate was 93. 33% and 92% in treatment group and control group respectively. The comparison of cured rate between both groups showed markedly significant difference ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: KFT associated with ACT exerts improving the level of serum hormone and chief symptoms and is more and reliable cured rate for OS and shows superior than that by western medicine alone.

目的:观察抗衰复巢汤合人工周期疗法治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:将55例卵巢早衰患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例,采用抗衰复巢汤(组成:黄芪、山药、菟丝子、肉苁蓉、枸杞子、紫河车、牡丹皮、当归、鸡血藤、黄精、何首乌、甘草)合西药人工周期疗法治疗;对照组25例,采用单纯西药人工周期疗法治疗。2组均治疗3月为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程。结果: 2组治疗后血清激素水平均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组治疗后症状也均有显著改善。治疗组和对照组痊愈率分别为50.00%和28.00%,愈显率分别为80.00%和60.00%,总有效率分别93.33%和92.00%。痊愈率及愈显率2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗衰复巢汤配合西药人工周期疗法时改善卵巢早衰患者血清激素水平和主要临床症状均有明显作用,在改善患者症状方面比单纯西药人工周期疗法更具优势,且治愈率更高,疗效更稳定。
