The safety control technology for in line explosive train of exploding foil initiator is developed, and the basic differences are analyzed between in line and out of line explosive trains by comparing their characteristics of interrupting method, initiation energy and composition of explosive elements. The control technology of threshold, sequence, time window, voting by a show of hand, dynamic calibration and on line control is also discussed so as to ensure the safety of the system.

This paper introduces the design scheme of a smart fuze for new torpedo. An electronic S&A devices (ESADs) was adopted as the safety system of the fuze. The explosive train is a in-line system which uses slapper detonator.The fuze can be easily tested before it is fixed into the warhead,thus improving its battle performance. 介绍了一种新型鱼雷所用灵巧引信的设计方案,该引信的安全系统采用电子安全与解除保险装置,其爆炸序列采用冲击片雷管构成的直列式爆炸序列,在引信装到战斗部之前可以方便地进行加电检测,从而提高其作战性能。该引信由加速度传感器组件、电子安全与解除保险装置、高压电子起爆组件、雷管组合件等组成,采用一体化结构设计。操雷引信的保险具有可逆性。
