In this paper the dynamic behavior of gear system with single or multistages was investigated by using the state-space method. The influence of the torsion stiffness of connecting shafts and the phase combination of meshing stiffness on the dynamic behavior of these systems were revealed. The accuracy of the calculated results are proved by the experiment on the gear test stand.

本文以状态空间形式推导了单级和多级齿轮传动系动态过程和稳定性的计算方法,讨论了多级齿轮传动系统中联接轴扭转刚度和各级齿轮啮合刚度的相位组合对系统动态的影响.并以遥测技术在齿轮动载实验台上测试了齿轮传动中的齿根动应力过程,验证了理论计算的正确性。

In this paper, by using the state-space method of modern control theory, thedynamic behavior of single or multi slage gear systems has been investigated. Theinfluences of torsion stiffness in connecting shafts and phase conditions in mesh of gearteeth on dynamic behavior of these systems have been studied. The calculated resultsare in agreement with experiments on special gear test stand.

Upon the basic study by pioneers, the authors summarize the study of kinematics and dynamics of all kinds of gear train. Relating fixed axial gear of planetary gear set together and starting from the structural scheme of gear train, they propose a method of constructing the general equation of kinematics and dynamics by gradual recursion and continuous calculation of matrics, which enables a computers to set equation possible. This method is new and creative. The derivation of formulas is strict and regular....

This method is new and creative. The derivation of formulas is strict and regular. Both the method and the equations are of generality. Therefore, they are suitable for the analysis and calculation of kinematics and dynamics of all kinds of gear train in either steady or unsteady states. And the universal program is easy to be worked out. Upon the analysis of shifting trasients and according the given mathematics model and method, two shifting transients of 3-degree-freedom transmission are simulated with the help of a microcomputer.

本文在前人研究的基础上,对各种形式的齿轮传动系的运动学和动力学进行了综合性的研究,把齿轮对和行星系统一起来,给出了一种由传动系结构方案,完全采用矩阵形式逐步递推、连续运算而建立任意工况运动学和动力学普遍方程的方法,实现了计算机自动建立各方程。文章研究方法新颖,公式推导严密,具有规律性。无论足方法还是方程都具有普遍性,能适合各种传动系在动态和静态状况下,运动学和动力学的分析计算,便于编成计算机通用程序。文章在分析换档过程的基础上,按照给出的数学模型和方法,借助微型计算机模拟出一个三自由度变速箱的两个换档瞬时过程。
