The primers of RT PCR based on H gene sequence of measles virus did not give the same products from rubella virus and influenza viruses (A1, A3, B). By second PCR amplification, the minimum quantity of measles virus required to give a positive signal was<0.01TCID 50 . Since the IgM antibody positive rate in early stage of measles patients is always low, the specificity and sensitivity of RT PCR method may help diagnosing measles cases.

Methods: 58 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were enrolled in this study. Phlegm specimens were taken by the three different ways and cultured. Results:By PZK, qualified specimens were got from 54 cases, (amounting to 93.1%), with 16 positive cases which accounting to 29.63% .By FXHY , there were 56 qualified cases(to 96.55% ), with 28 positive cases(50% ).By FBPSB, all cases are up to the standard, with 32 positive cases, for 55.2%. The positive rates of culture was significantly increased by FXHY(P<0.05) than PZK. But the rates was no different from FXHY group and FBPSB group(P<0.05). Conclusion: It suggests that FXHY method is an easy and convenient one and higher positive rate could be echieved.

目的:探讨用三种不同方法取痰培养对明确下呼吸道感染病原菌的价值。方法:对58例下呼吸道感染的患者进行了三种不同方法取样培养。结果:普通自然咳痰培养(下文简称PZK)标本合格54例,占93.1%;培养阳性16例,占29.63%;用复方洗必泰含漱液漱口后取样(下文简称FXHY)标本合格56例,占96.55%;培养阳性28例,占50%;用经纤支镜防污染毛刷取样(下文简称FBPSB)标本合格58例,占100%;培养阳性32例占55.2%,FXHY与PZK比较P<0.05有差异,FXHY与FBPSB比较P>0.05无差异,且FXHY与FBPSB阳性符合率为81.3%。结果:FXHY取痰法是一种简便易行,且阳性较高的一种方法。

The incidence of wound erosion and bad healing in the observation and control group was 0 and 12 5 % respectively, and the mean hospitalized stay was (9 5±2 0) days and (11 5±3 0) days respectively ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusion Compound chlorhexidine gargle could effectively decrease the infectious rate of wound following palatoplasty.

目的探讨复方氯己定含漱液对腭裂整复创面感染的影响。方法分别用复方氯己定含漱液 (观察组 )和复方硼砂漱口液 (对照组 )对腭裂整复术后病人进行含漱 ,观察两组病人整复术后创面愈合率、平均住院时间。结果创面愈合时间观察组为 (8 5± 1 0 )d ,对照组 (14 0± 1 0 )d ;创面糜烂和愈合不良的发生率观察组为 0 ,对照组为 12 5 % ;平均住院时间分别为 (9 5± 2 0 )d和 (11 5± 3 0 )d ,观察组明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论用复方氯己定含漱液漱口可有效降低腭裂整复创面感染率。
