There are many factors which affect measuring accuracy of photoelectric pyrometer when it works in multi-arc ion coating and metal permeating process. In this paper, upon quantity tests,we've analysed these factors in both qualitative and quantitative way, picking up a linear regression equation for photoelectric pyrometer's rectification. There are many factors which affect measuring accuracy of photoelectric pyrometer when it works in multi-arc ion coating and metal permeating process. In this paper, upon quantity tests,we've analysed these factors in both qualitative and quantitative way, picking up a linear regression equation for photoelectric pyrometer's rectification. In practice, let ε=0.2, a relative accurate temperature of workpices can be obtained. Usually, the figure showed in photoelectric pyrometer is 65-70℃ higher than real one on the surface of workpices under the influnce of the arc brightness. Compare the workpieces surface during Ti and 1Cr18Ni9Ti permeating process, the radiation performances are similiar. In the process of TiN coating and Ti permeating, the difference between the temperature measured by photoelectric pyrometer and that of the workpieces is only 5℃. The value of photoelectric pyrometer measured through optical silex glass is 17℃ lower than real one which through common glass, the value will be 65-80℃ even lower.

The experimental route and conditions of preparing the special optical quarz glass by solgel method was investigated. The Cu/CaF_2 composite cluster embedded films were grown on both formvar foil and quartz glass sub-strates respectively with sputter-gas-aggregation (SGA) co-deposition .TEM structure characterization revealed that the films are polycrystalline. The optical spectra and the optical Kerr response showed that the surface plasma resonance ab-sorption frequency of Cu varies strongly with Cu cluster size and the resonance absorption peak has a red-shift with re duced Cu cluster sizes.

利用溅射-气体-聚集(SGA)共沉积法,分别在方华膜和光学石英玻璃衬底上制备了Cu团簇嵌理在CaF_2介质中的Cu/CaF_2复合团簇镶嵌薄膜样品。透射电镜(TEM)分析表明,样品为多晶结构;样品的分光光谱仪测量和光Kerr响应表明,Cu金属的表面等离子体共振吸收频率明显依赖于样品中Cu团簇的大小,随着团簇尺寸的减小,样品共振吸收峰发生红移;并且在吸收峰位附近,表现出较大的第三级非线性系数。
