The reduction rates of three elements such as zine, lead and iron under the different reduction temperature and time as well as basicity were determined in the neuteal atmosphere and with no excess of carbon added as reduction equivalent, and the compression strength of fired pellets was measured as well. As the results from this study have shown that when the pellets with a basicity of 0. 9 were reduced for more than 20 minutes under 1250 ̄1300℃, the zinc volatilization above 95% and the lead volatilization above 82% can be reached , and the metallized pollets with compression strength over 3360 N/P and metalization over 90% can be obcained.

采用骤冷后化学分析的方法测定了以含锌铅的钢铁厂粉尘为原料,配入适当的焦粉制成的含碳球团,在1100~1300℃中性气氛下和按还原当量碳配入的过量碳为零时,锌、铅、铁三种元素在不同温度、时间和碱度条件下的还原速率和熟球的抗压强度。试验结果表明,0.9碱度的球团,在1250~1300℃下还原20min以上时,可使锌挥发率(或还原率)达95%以上,铅挥发率(或还原率)在82%以上,并可得到抗压强度在3360N/个球以上、金属化率(或铁还原率)在90%以上的金属化球团。

The study on the bond mechanism of metallic pellet produced from Zn-Pb-bearing iron and steel plant dust with carbon shows that its compression strength is not only dependent on the shape and amount of iron phase but also on the size of hole in metallic pellet. The hole size depends on the fluidity of slag phase in pellet and its filling condition to the hole in pellet.The amount and shape of iron phase depend on the reduction degree of pellet.

含锌铅钢铁厂粉尘配碳球团,经还原焙烧后得到的高炉用金属化球团的固结机理进行了研究。结果表明:金属化球团的强度由金属铁相的数量和形态以及球团内孔隙的大小共同决定。球团孔隙的大小取决于脉石所形成的渣相的流动性和渣对孔隙的充填状态:铁相的数量及形态则取决于球团的还原程度。
