Methods:32 critically ill children were randomized into intervention group and control group,both groups received conventional treatment based on primary diseases,patients in intervention group additionally received intravenous glutamine 0.2g/kg/d for connective 5 days,and patients' gastrointestinal dysfunction,critical illness score,and inflammatory mediators' levels were constantly monitored.
