In this paper, high precise measuring principle of the pitch error for spiral bevel gears and the new technique used in the instrument are described. The pitch error is an important item in gear accuracy. Most measurements ofthe pitch error are carried out by comparative measuring principle. As the compara-tive measurement is used for a spiral bevel gear, two feelers can not be set atthe same position in two adjacent corresponding flanks. In this paper, high precise measuring principle of the pitch error for spiral bevel gears and the new technique used in the instrument are described. The pitch error is an important item in gear accuracy. Most measurements ofthe pitch error are carried out by comparative measuring principle. As the compara-tive measurement is used for a spiral bevel gear, two feelers can not be set atthe same position in two adjacent corresponding flanks. However, because the pitcherrors at various position of the face width are not equal so that the pitch errorsin the gear can not be indicated truly by the measured data. The absolute measur-ing principle is employed in our instrument. A precise moire-fringe grating isused. The pitch error can be measured automatically. This instrument is suitable forbevel gears with various reference angle, cylinder gears with various profile (in-cluding shaving cutter, slotting tool) and index plates etc. δt_∑ is recorded on a pa-per chart. The δt_P and δ_xt are printed. A frequency multiplier with phase-locked loop is used to obtain 1000 frequen-cy multiplication for moire-fringe signal so that the quantizing error of the pulsecould be reduced. A "multiply Z counter" is used. All kinds of tooth number canbe measured. The stepless multiplier which is made up of a "multiply Z counter"and a "phase-locked tracking frequence multiplier" may be used for other cases. Aspecial-purpose digital computer which is consisted of decade counters has been de-veloped.

本文对相对法及绝对法测量弧齿锥齿轮的齿距误差的精度进行了分析与比较。相对法远不能满足弧齿锥齿轮高精度测量的要求。而绝对式半自动测齿仪和单啮仪,只能测量圆柱齿轮。研制的“光栅式齿距误差测量仪”,适用于弧齿锥齿轮的测量。本文论述了该仪器的工作原理,对仪器分度装置、锁相倍频器、乘Z计数器中的某些精度问题进行了分析,介绍了用简单计数电路实现在一定范围内各种齿数的测量,采用计数器代数运算电路计算△t_∑(△t_(∑i))、△t_p、△_xt。该仪器还适用于对圆柱齿轮、圆锥直齿轮、蜗轮等的测量。

我国引进的格利森电子计算机程序包括齿轮参数计算,切齿调整参数计算,接触区分析和根切验算。它是一套关于弧齿锥齿轮技术方面比较完整的电算程序。但是格利森电算程序都是按格利森切齿机床编制的,它不能直接用于国产弧齿锥齿轮切齿机床(YT2250和Y2280)。而我国弧齿锥齿轮生产中绝大多数采用国产切齿机床,格利森切齿机床只占很小比例。研究格利森切齿机床同国产切齿机床有关切齿调整参数和滚比变性修正调整参数的换算就成为在国产切齿机床上推广格利森电算程序的关键。本文推导了这两大类切齿机床切齿调整参数和滚比变性修正调整参数的换算公式并提供了经过试切验证的计算实例,从而使格利森电算程序能很方便的在国产切齿机床上推广使用。
