本实验采用八木氏法灌流牛蛙心脏,经换能器、放大器输入计算机记录心肌的收缩活动,观察皮质醇对牛蛙心肌收缩的作用。结果如下:①灌流1×10-6mol/L皮质醇,蛙心收缩幅度增大,潜伏期平均为18.7s,蛙心收缩频率无明显改变(n=60)。②灌流2×10-7mol/L~1×10-6mol/L不同浓度皮质醇后,随着皮质醇浓度的增加,心肌收缩幅度也增大,表现明显的量效关系(n=20)。③甾体激素胞内受体阻断剂—1×10-6mol/LRU38486不能阻断皮质醇的作用(n=20)。④经蛋白合成抑制剂—放线菌酮作用20min后,再灌流1×10-6mol/L皮质醇,心肌收缩幅度仍增大(n=20)。上述结果提示:皮质醇对牛蛙心肌收缩具有快速增强作用。

A system for measuring the pulmonary function was reported. The System consists of Fleisch flow transducer, a pressure transducer an amplifier, A/D converter, and a 486 computer. It can measure the indices of respiratory function under tidal breathing, the indices of tidal breathing flow volume loop and the dynamic indices of passive respiration.

由Fleisch流量换能器、压力换能器、放大器、A/D转换器、4 86微机组成 ,用于测试静态呼吸状态下的通气功能指标、潮气流量—容量环形状指标、被动呼吸动力学指标等参数的系统

Objective:To report the design of a new system that measures the lung respiratory function under tidal breathing.Methods:The system consists of three parts: the measurement of the respiratory flow, the measurement of the pressure of lung and the computer system to sample data and calculate indices.Results:This system can measure indices: RR,TV,PTEF,TiTtot,TPF,VPF,PE25,MEF/MIF,Crs,Trs,Rrs and tidal breathing flow volume loop.Conclusion:This system had the advantages of small resistance, high precision and easy...

Objective:To report the design of a new system that measures the lung respiratory function under tidal breathing.Methods:The system consists of three parts: the measurement of the respiratory flow, the measurement of the pressure of lung and the computer system to sample data and calculate indices.Results:This system can measure indices: RR,TV,PTEF,TiTtot,TPF,VPF,PE25,MEF/MIF,Crs,Trs,Rrs and tidal breathing flow volume loop.Conclusion:This system had the advantages of small resistance, high precision and easy operation compared with roth spirometer. The system non linear error is less than 2% in measurement. Its results are independent of the cooperation of patients and therefore are more reliable.

目的 :介绍用于平静呼吸时各项呼吸指标测试系统的设计。方法 :系统主要由Fleisch流量换能器、压力换能器、放大器、A/D转换器和 486微机组成。系统软件是用汇编语言对流量信号进行采样 ,用C语言计算各项指标 [呼吸频率 (RR)、潮气量 (TV)、潮气峰值流量 (PTEF)、吸气时间 /总呼吸时间 (TiTtot)、到达呼气峰流量时间 /呼气时间 (TPF)、到达静态呼气峰流量时的呼出气量 /潮气量 (VPF)、呼出 75 %潮气量时的呼气流量 (PE2 5 )、平静呼吸中期流量 /静态吸气中期流量 (MEF/MIF) ,静态流量 容量环 ]。结果 :经测试 ,同一正常男子测试TV的相对误差为 1% ;Fleisch型流量换能器 ,在整个量程内 (0~ 8L) ,非线性误差不大于 2 %。结论 :肺量计与浮筒式肺量计比较具有阻力小 ,精度高的优点 ,临床适用范围大 ,易于临床推广使用。
