The wear resistance of aged at 200℃ for an hour is better than that of cooled by air, but the process cooled by air is simpler and cheaper and the wear resistance is equal to that of car synchro converter imported.

CFB fly ash from separators was mixed with water of 363 K by using of a blender. Then, this compound of fly ash and water was pumped into combustion chamber of CFB by sludge pump. Because the temperature of flume gas is higher in CFB, the fly ash was hydrated fast and agglomerated at the same time. According to the mass accumulating distribution of agglomerated fly ash, the wear rate of agglomerated fly ash is calculated. It is obvious that attrition of agglomerated fly ash increases because of hydration and agglomeration according to cold sieving test.The effect of agglomerated conditions, such as amount of additive, fluidization ratio, on wear rate of agglomerated fly ash was also studied. With the rise of amount of additive and the decrease of fluidization ratio, wear rate of agglomerated decreases. So, the relative residence time of agglomerated fly ash in CFB become long. Therefore, the utility rate of calcium in fly ash improves and the content of carbon in fly ash decreases. This results in a low Ca/S and low operating cost for CFB.

Slag cooler of selective ash removing system is one of the key components related to stable operation of CFB boiler. Integrating theory with practice, this paper analyzes the problems encountered in operation process, and takes steps accordingly, which succeed better in effect. 

选择性排灰冷渣器是CFB锅炉运行稳定的关键部件。文章对其在运行过程中出现的问题进行了分析,采取了相应的改进措施,取得了较好效果。
