Some phenomena have been observed which are very useful for prolonging the life of piston.The failure mechanism of piston is also introduced in this paper. The failure of piston is its losing the sealing ability. The failure of piston results from the alternate effect of various destuctions under complex operation conditions. The fundamental reasons which affect the life of piston are the sealing ability, the properties of rubber materials and the lubricant state of piston.

为了了解钻井泵缸套活塞副在运行过程中摩擦磨损等情况,以便掌握活塞损伤的发生、发展、直至活塞完全失去工作能力的全过程,在我们研制的实验台上对两只活塞作了跟踪观察。通过观察和分析,揭示出活塞在运行中的某些现象,这些现象对进一步提高活塞寿命具有较好的参考价值。 文章还介绍了活塞失效机理问题。活塞失效就是活塞丧失了密封能力。在复杂的工况条件下,活塞失效是多种损伤的交叠结果,而影响活塞寿命的根本原因是橡胶材料的密封能力和摩擦磨损性能以及活塞的润滑状态。

A mathematical model of piston skirt in lubrication is presented, considering the effects of surface roughness and piston skirt surface profile on piston motion. The corresponding computer program is developed to calculate the crosswise piston trajectory and the hydrodynamic and friction forces as a function of crank angle under running conditions. Basic equations and some preliminary results are also given.

提出了活塞裙部摩擦润滑的数学模型,该模型考虑了裙部表面粗糙度、裙部线型对活塞润滑和摩擦的影响,所编制计算程序用于计算整个活塞横向运动轨迹,并揭示出活塞在正常工作情况下其裙部油膜力和摩擦力与曲柄转角的函数关系,给出了有关基本公式和初步结果.

In this paper,an analytical study of the dynamics of the piston in a reciprocating internal combustion engine is conducted.The equations of Reynolds and moving of piston are derived.A useful method of solution is obtained.The method is applied to S1100 diesel engine.The results of this study indicate that piston oil film is found to be sensitive to the piston cylinder bore clearance,the location of the wrist pin and lubricant viscosity.

对往复式内燃机活塞的动力特性进行了分析研究 ,导出了活塞润滑的雷诺方程和活塞运动方程 ,给出了可供实用的求解方法 ,并采用这种计算方法对S110 0柴油机进行了设计计算与试验研究 研究结果表明 ,活塞润滑油膜历程与活塞———缸套的间隙、活塞销的位置、润滑油的粘度等因素密切相关
