The characteristics of biomass gasification in a clapboard-type inner circulation bed were analyzed through the series of experiments.The effects of reactor temperature(600℃~850℃),equivalence ratio(0.15~0.35)and inner circulation on gas composition,gas yield,lower heat value(LHW)of fuel gas and gasification efficiency were investigated.The fuel gas yield ranges between 1.26Nm~3/kg and 1.9Nm~3/kg biomass((rice husk)) and the LHV of fuel gas ranges between 3010kJ/Nm~3 and 6195kJ/Nm~3 were examined.The experimental results indicated that the optimal operational conditions are as following,temperature:750℃~800℃;gas yield:1.7~1.9Nm~3/kg;lower heat value of fuel gas:6041~6195kJ/Nm~3(rice husk) and gasification efficiency:70%.
