Network analysis is a method for studying interactions between the elementsin a system and how to make the system attain optimum performance fromthe overall point of view. Same as system analysis, network analysis has tosolve modeling and optimization problems. In recent papers discussing network theory and its applications, manyauthors concern themselves with computer algorithms. Obviously computers havebecome useful tools in network analysis. Considering the fact that graphicalcharacteristics of various network systems are almost the same, the author sug-gests the use of display units, which should allow man-machine interaction, tomake network analysis more effective. The author aims at offering a more ef-fective tool for solving various problems in this field. Taking shortest path,which is one of the most basic problems in graph theory, as a numericalexample, the author develops a program for use with display units and uses itsuccessfully on PRC Type 751 display unit operating with PRC Type DJS-6computer. This piece of research work appears to be a meaningful attempt atexploring new areas of application for display units. This piece of researchwork also appears to have laid some groundwork for using network analysis tosolve problems such as: maximal flow, minimum cost flow, critical path me-thod, program evaluation and review technique, decision analysis, interpretivestructural modeling, etc. This paper begins with briefly explaining the storage of graphs in a com-puter, network calculations, and the algorithm of Dijkstra for the shortest pathproblem. Next the numerical results for G={15, 34} obtained from RumanianType Felix C-256 computer are presented. Then this paper dwells on explain-ing the essentials of and steps for the analysis of the shortest path with PRCType 751 display unit. Since full advantage is taken of the rapidity of computer calculation anddisplay in the case of computer graphics, the user will very likely find thispaper's method intuitive and convenient. The piece of research presented inthis paper further indicates that computer graphics with man-machine interac-tion feasible can be applied to a wide range of problems.

近年来在讨论网络图论的一些专著中,很多都涉及到了计算机算法问题[1][2][3],显然,计算机已成为网络分析的一种有效工具。考虑到各种网络系统的图形特征是基本相同的,因此作者提出了用人机交互功能较强的光笔图象仪系统辅助分析的设想,目的是为解决该领域中不同类型的问题提供更为有效的工具。作者通过图论中最基本的问题之一——最短路问题计算的实例,编制了图象仪系统的应用软件,并在国产计算机DJS-6和751图象仪系统上联机调试成功,从而为探索图象仪应用的新领域作了有益的尝试,并为今后解决诸如最大流问题(Maximal Flow)、最小费用流问题(Min-Cost Flow)、关键路径法(Critical Path Method)、计划评审技术(Program Evaluation and Review Technique)、决策分析(DecisionAnalysis)、结构模型解析(Interpretive Structural Modeling)等问题打下了基础。

Some points of view and experience about the calculation of time parameter of net plan, the analysis of probability of finished job as well as the static/active program evaluation have been presented.They are referable for improving the scientific management of large-scale research items.

本文通过计划评审技术(PERT)在高机动靶机研制中的成功应用,探讨了如何结合实际情况运用现代工程管理中的一些基本原理,从而达到降谯成本,提高效率的目的.文中对网络计划的时参计算,完工概率分析,静/动态评审提出了见解总结了经验,可供大型科研项目的科学管理作参考。
