本文用DCB试样测量铝合金LD10CS的应力腐蚀界限应力强度因子K_(1SCC)。如果用通常方法测试,只能测得表观的K_(1SCC)值。采用间断停加介质方法能加速应力腐蚀裂纹的扩展,并使已达到截止速度的裂纹继续扩展,因而能测得更低的K_(1SCC)值。对比和分析实验结果,说明铝合金的应力腐蚀开裂可能存在真正的界限应力强度因子K_(1SCC)值。
