If we accurately select transistors and circuit parameters. Small signals have high gain, but great signals have low gain. Output signals amplitudes-input signal amplitudes have logarithmic relation. Input signal dynamic range have over 80db. If logarithmic begining point puts below 10db receiver noise level. It still has constant false-alarm rate characteristics.

本文阐述了在雷达接收机中频(30兆赫)系统中采用六级双增益级差分对晶体管放大电路时,由于它本身是采用双向截止限幅而不是饱和限幅,故避免了晶体管基区积累大量少数载流子现象。这样使接收机中频(30兆赫)系统响应速度很快,对雷达目标强回波后面的弱信号有较强的显示能力,如果管子及线路参数选得正确时,则可做到:小信号具有高增益,大信号具有低增益,输出信号与输入信号幅度成对数关系,输入动态范围可达80分贝以上。如果对数起点选在接收机噪声电平以下10分贝时,它还具有恒虚警特性。
