This new coring bit is especially suitable for coring in medium to medium-hard plastic-brittle formation, and the maximum footage of a single bit reaches 115. 71m with a penetration rate of 1 .45m/h.

    The whirl of impregnated diamond core bit is studied in laboratory, and the characteristics and influencing factor and preventive measure for the bit whirl are discussed. Several new opinions are put forward based on the test results, i.e. (1)the bit whirling may occur at different WOB and rotary speeds; (2)the whirl wont stop automatically unless the drilling data changes greatly; (3)the whirl can be restrained and stopped by changing WOB or rotary speed; (4)the whirl increases rock penetration rate and reduces...

    针对孕镶金刚石取心钻头的涡动现象进行了室内实验研究,分析了钻头涡动的特点、影响因素、危害及防治措施,提出了更符合实验现象的新观点:(1)钻头涡动可以在不同钻压、转速下发生;(2)如果钻井参数没有较大变化,钻头涡动不会自动停止;(3)改变钻压或转速可以抑制涡动,使涡动停止;(4)涡动增加破岩量,降低岩心获取率和钻速;(5)涡动是由底部钻具运动的不平衡引起的,而不是钻头几何轮廓不对称或破岩反力不平衡引起的;(6)钻头几何轮廓不对称,切削力不均匀,可抑制涡动。
