Detailed studies are made both in terms of test and theory on the life of dia-mond saw blade which changes with sawing parameters. Optimized sawing parameters in granitesawing are proposed based on the principle of the lowest cost of production, which helps to selectappropriate process.

By theoretical analysis and field testiag on its mechanical behaviour, wear resis- tance, and diamond retention capacity, iron--base metallic bonding agent was proved to be able to satisfy the demand of making diamond imprgnated circular saw balde for cutting gran- ite. When the diamond with a compressive strength of 13--15kg was adopted, a large diame- ter diamond circular saw blade made of iron--base agent was able to acquire a cutting perfor- tnance as good as or even better than that of cobalt--base one;...

本文通过理论分析和有关试验,证明了铁基金属结合剂的机械性能、抗磨损性和对金刚石的把持力能够满足加工花岗石用孕镶刀头的使用要求。当采用抗压强度为13—15Kg的金刚石时,用铁基结合剂制造的大直径金刚石圆锯片可获得不亚于甚至略优于钴基结合剂锯片的锯切性能,而其制造成本相对于后者则有较大的降低。

On the basis of tests,the regressive equations of the diamond saw blade life are related tosawing parameters and cutting rate in granite sawing by the least square method. These equationsprovide rules to chcose the suitable parameters. Wear mechanism of the saw blade is inquiredinto. The rationalization proposals which aim at the relevant problems in production are broughtforward.

在试验的基础上,用最小二乘法求出花岗石加工中锯切工艺参数、锯切率与金刚石圆锯寿命之间的回归方程式,从中总结出这三者之间的规律;探讨了圆锯磨损机理;对实际生产中的有关问题提出了合理化建议.
