本试验用V_c—6型双波道肌电机,对6名健康青年进行肌电图实验观察。认为,健康人头侧倾(耳靠肩)反射性引起对侧上、下肢伸肌紧张性增高,上肢此下肢明显。头侧倾对完成一些围绕一点的快速旋转运动和发挥上、下肢伸肌爆发收缩力的运动起着明显的作用。

The studying results indicate that before and after proton flares, clockwise and counter clockwise rotation of the sunspot groups are early or late exist for the same a sunspot group on the solar disk. The rotative angle of the sunspot group reach the largest within 1-2 days before the proton flare, after flare, due to magnetic flux ropes are slackened, therefore, the rotation of the sunspot groups are decelerated continually and finally rotate in the opposite direction, and a strong magnetic shear configurations...

The rotative angle of the sunspot group reach the largest within 1-2 days before the proton flare, after flare, due to magnetic flux ropes are slackened, therefore, the rotation of the sunspot groups are decelerated continually and finally rotate in the opposite direction, and a strong magnetic shear configurations and strong proton flares can occur once again. The common characteristics of the active regions of the strong proton flares are shown as follows: (1) The morphology of the spot is a single granular structure b type spot, that is many umbras with opposite magnetic polarities locked tightly in a singIe penumbra, and once they lock together, they never separate; (2) The area of the sunspot is greater than 1000×10-6hemi, the span of the sunspot groups on solar disk is greater than10°; (3)Sunspot groups had fast motion of the rotation. If the activity of the above active regions is already stronger when they moves to the west of the Sun, then when they turns to the western limb and back of the Sun or again crosses the solar disk, will produce more large proton flares.

本文研究结果表明:同一黑子群在日面期间的顺或反时针方向的旋转运动会先后并存.质子耀斑前1~2无,黑子群的旋转角速度达到极大.耀斑后,磁绳的松弛,黑子群可能会反向旋转,强的剪切过程和质子耀斑可能会再度出现.强质子耀斑活动区的共同特征是:(1)形态为单个团状结构δ型黑子,即众多异极性本影核紧锁在同一黑子半影中;(2)黑子面积>1000×10-6半球面积,日面跨度>10°;(3)黑子群都有快速的旋转运动.这类活动区,如果在日面西部活动性明显地增强,那么这个活动区在未来转到日面边缘及其背后、或再次从日面东边缘转出时,定能再次爆发耀斑和伴随较强质子事件。

Measuring the vitality of hair cells on the ampulla crista may be helpful in estimating whether there is injury to the ampulla crista.Forty nine guinea pigs(GP) were used for experimental study.Eight of them used as mormal control,11 for pulse intense sound injury,20 for fast rotation injury.The 20 for fast rotation injury were divided into 4 groups,5 in each group.GP in 3 groups were submitted to fast rotation under the speed of 500, 1000and 1 400r/min respectively.They were rotated 20 times,1min for each time...

GP in another group only rotated once under 1 400r/min.All animals were killed after the experiment by decapitation.The ampulla cristae were taken and hair cells isolated and stained by 1% trypan blue. The vital hair cells stained light blue while the nonvital cells stained dark blue.Under 400x inverted microscope,the percentage of these 2 kinds of cells were calculated.The results indicated that the percentage of nonvital cells far exceeded normal group in animals injured by sound as well as high speed rotation.Both type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ hair cells showed increase of nonvital percentage.Type Ⅰ exceeded type Ⅱ.Unlike the repeated high speed rotation,rotation for one time did not show marked harmful effect.

壶腹嵴在快速旋转运动中是否会受损伤,检测毛细胞活力有助于其判断。用豚鼠39只,8只作对照,11只做脉冲噪声损伤实验,另20只分成4组,每组5只,做旋转损伤实验,其中3组分别以500r/min、1000r/min、1400r/min,每次旋转1min,等停稳后再重复实验,如此20次。而其余5只做1400r/min的1次旋转。全部完成后立即断头处死,取出壶腹嵴,分离毛细胞,并用1%台盼蓝做毛细胞染色,观察计数分析对毛细胞活力的影响。结果表明,多次快速旋转实验组和脉冲噪声损伤组的蓝染毛细胞数及其比例明显高于对照组,与噪声损伤组相似,并且蓝染毛细胞Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型均有明显升高,Ⅰ型毛细胞升高更显著。推测毛细胞活力下降。提示,多次快速旋转运动,有可能会引起内耳壶腹嵴感觉上皮毛细胞活力损伤。一次性快速短时间旋转未立即出现明显的细胞活力损伤。快速多次和噪声损伤与长时期缓慢旋转运动损伤之间表现出一致性。
