On the viewpoint of system engineering land reclamation is an essential work in mine exploitation. In this paper the contents related to land reclamation such as land resourses investigation, environment impact assessment, land utilization planning, control and horness of land subsidence have been taken into account in mine exploitation. The paper puts forward three kinds of programming and assessment methods for reclamation.

本文以系统论的观点将土地复垦归结为矿山开发过程中一项必不可少的工作。并对传统的矿山开发的四个阶段赋以与土地复垦工作有关的新内容:勘探阶段应作土地资源调查,设计阶段需做环境影响评价和土地利用规划,生产阶段直至矿井报废都存在综合治理塌陷地及塌陷地的重新利用问题。文章对这些新的内容和研究方法作了一些有益的探讨,提出了三种实用的土地复垦规划方法和三种简便易行的土地复垦评价方法。

本文简述了煤炭地下气化技术的发展概况及地下气化原理,指出了传统地下气化工艺存在的问题,提出了长通道、大断面、两阶段地下气化新工艺(LongTunnelLargeSectionTwoStageUndergroundCoalGasificationProcess),并论述了该工艺的可行性及在我国的发展前景。室内模拟试验表明,新工艺生产的煤气,氢和甲烷含量高、煤气热值高、可控性好、成本低。因此,该工艺必将会成为我国主要推广的工艺之一。该工艺特别适用于报废矿井,或矿井报废水平的资源回收。

中国的矿井地质工作历经50年的创业、发展和完善,已成为煤矿建设生产中无可替代的一门边缘和应用学科。矿井地质工作贯穿于煤矿设计、建设、生产、开拓延伸。矿井改造直到矿井报废的全过程,涉及到开拓设计、采煤掘进、瓦斯、水文、地压、顶板。地温、安全、环境保护和综合利用等领域。50年来中国矿井地质工作在新井建设和老井挖潜、核实储量、丰富煤田地质理论。完善预测和探查方法等方面都积累了许多可贵的经验,有力地推动中国煤炭工业持续高速度发展。在新的形势下,矿井地质的作用和自身优势尚未充分发挥,因采掘而发生的地质动态变化和环境问题必将成为矿井地质面临的重大课题。矿井地质亟待在改革中前进,在挑战中突破。
