Most of gold remaining in carbonate and silicate in roasted product is difficult to be leaching out.

介绍了含砷硫高碳卡淋型金矿石的成分、工艺矿物学特征。采用焙烧 氰化浸出工艺提取金,考察了焙烧温度、时间、固化剂加入量、矿石粒度及氰化浸出时NaCN用量对金浸出率的影响,探讨了焙砂中硫化物物相改变及金难于浸出的原因。结果表明,矿石焙烧后,硫化矿物物相及工艺性质发生了显著变化,由还原态转变成了氧化态,金的氰化浸出率达89 9%。焙烧渣中的金主要残存于碳酸盐和硅酸盐中,很难再被浸出。
