本工作建立的是选矿厂改进工艺和合理安排生产的节能数学模型。主要建模方法有多目标线性规划,多元回归,I/O 模型,和 Fred.C.Bond 耗功理论等。使用此模型可得到各工序最优化的矿石处理量、能源消耗鞋以及各质量参数和各级破磨机械的工艺参数。通过本工作,作者试图把工艺优化和系统规划结合起来,从而达到工艺和系统结构同时改进的目的。

This paper gives a review of the various methods of treating refractory gold ores reported in various literatures. Direct leaching of refractory gold ores consists of pressure cyanidation CIL and cyanide-free leaching.The pre-treatment of them before conventional cyanide leaching includes roast, chemical oxidation and biological oxidation. Besides, the advance,adaptability and feasibility of the various treatment methods are discussed in this paper.

本文综述和评论了近年来文献中所报导的难浸金矿石的处理方法。难浸金矿石的直接浸出包括加压氰化,炭浸和非氰化浸出法;在传统氰化浸出之前进行的预处理过程包括焙烧,化学氧化和生物氧化。对各种处理方法的发展状况,适应性及可行性给予了必要的讨论。
