The results indicated that the ranges of total antioxidant capacity(TAC),scavenging free radical of DPPH capacity(SFRC),anthocyanin contents were 17.80～57.17u/mL,84.5%～18.5%,2.33%～0.09%,respectively,displaying significant genotype difference.
The effects of different dosages of cypermethrin(5,25 and 125 μg/L) and fenvalerate(25,125,and 625 μg/L) on activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) were investigated in serum,visceral sac and gills of scallop(Chlamys farreri) immersed in the chemical solution 3,6,9,12 and 15 days after exposure.

CONCLUSION: PDS at middle dosage (45 mg/kg) can enhance the antioxidant ability of lung tissue 240 minutes after endotoxin-induced shock, and its protective effect on lung tissue is equal to that of DEX.

Extraction method, extraction conditions and anti-oxidative ability were investigated for the red pigment from the fruit of Parthenocissus tricuspichate Plach.
