This paper discusses the characteristics of forecasting natural resources demand in the future. A new theory—grey system theory is introduced. Grey system dynamic model is used to calculate natural resources demand in the future. The idea, theoretical basis, method and steps of forecasting by grey system theory are proposed. An example is given to explain the satisfactory result.

本文阐述了预测自然资源未来需求量的特点,并将灰色系统动态模型用于自然资源未来需求量预测,给出了预测的依据、思想、方法及步骤,最后用一个实例—水资源需求量预测说明预测是相当成功的。

本文试验证明,铅蓄电池正极板生产贮存过程中,混入甘油(CH_2OH、CHOH、CH_2CH),在温度80℃以上的条件下,甘油被氧化成CO_2,PbO_2则被还原成灰色的氧化铅(氧化度60%以下),此反应放出大量的热,使灰色氧化铅中的游离铅继续氧化成蛋黄色氧化铅。上述反应是瞬间剧烈的连锁反应,同时产生高温烧坏极板,防止方法是将甘油隔离保管使用。
