The preparation of dual-group hydrocarbon type rubber plasticizer from the slurry oil of RFCCU and its feasibility are described. The properties of the plasticer thus prepared and the results of its application on main rubber products indicate that it has a good prospect in commercial use.

5 precess schemes of RFCC slurry are given according to the characteristics of slurry which contains rich aromatics, a ecomomic evaluation for every process scheme and a comparison between them are made according to the marketprice. The results show that the schemes 1,3 whose products are chemicals are better than schemes 2.4, whose products are asphalt, but the product of carbonic asphalt is the best one. A research direction for slurry application is also presented.

重油催化裂化油浆或澄清油是RFCC中比催化裂化循环油更重、沸点更高的馏分,它的组成特点是富含芳烃类凋环化合物,一般用做燃料油.根据其富含芳烃的组成特点,提出了5种加工方案,其中1.3以生产化工产品为主,2.4以生产沥青为主,5是用油浆生产碳纤沥青,根据当前市场石油产品价格,对5种加工方案做了经济评价和比较,指出,在5种加工方案中,以生产化工产品的2种方案,其经济效益高于以生产沥青为主的加工方案,以生产碳纤沥青的效益最好,而以直接用做燃料的经济效益最差,同时提出了油浆开展综合利用的研究方向。
