5 precess schemes of RFCC slurry are given according to the characteristics of slurry which contains rich aromatics, a ecomomic evaluation for every process scheme and a comparison between them are made according to the marketprice. The results show that the schemes 1,3 whose products are chemicals are better than schemes 2.4, whose products are asphalt, but the product of carbonic asphalt is the best one. A research direction for slurry application is also presented.

重油催化裂化油浆或澄清油是RFCC中比催化裂化循环油更重、沸点更高的馏分,它的组成特点是富含芳烃类凋环化合物,一般用做燃料油.根据其富含芳烃的组成特点,提出了5种加工方案,其中1.3以生产化工产品为主,2.4以生产沥青为主,5是用油浆生产碳纤沥青,根据当前市场石油产品价格,对5种加工方案做了经济评价和比较,指出,在5种加工方案中,以生产化工产品的2种方案,其经济效益高于以生产沥青为主的加工方案,以生产碳纤沥青的效益最好,而以直接用做燃料的经济效益最差,同时提出了油浆开展综合利用的研究方向。

Investigations of butane deasphalting were carried out in a bench-scale unit for blending FCC slurry into three vacuum residua respectively. The addition of slurry has greater influence on solvent deasphalting. Under the same conditions, DAO yields of the residua blent with slurry increased, while quali-ties both DAOs and deoiled asphalts were improved evidently. The mechanism of deasphalting of the resi-due blent with slurry and its role in heavy oil upgrading were also discussed.

在小型溶剂脱沥青试验装置上,向三种减压渣油掺兑催化裂化油浆后进行了丁烷馏分脱沥青的研究.油浆的加入对溶剂脱沥青过程有较大的影响.在相同的脱沥青工艺条件下,掺油浆后的渣油所得DAO收(?)加,DAO及脱油沥青的质量都明显改善.本文对掺油浆渣油脱沥青过程的机理及其在重油深度加工中的作用进行了讨论.

The co-deasphalting performance of vacuum residue with FCC slurry was studied.The experiment results showed that the selective separation of polynuclear aromatics from FCC slurry and deasphalting of vacuum residue can both be achieved in co-deasphalting process. It was found that the DAO yield of FCC slurry was higher than that of vacuum residue under normal operating conditions. The quality of the DAO obtained from FCC slurry in co-deasphalting was similar to that of the DAO obtained from FCC slurry deasphalting...

研究了减压渣油(减渣)催化裂化油浆混合原料为进料的混合脱沥青过程对混合原料中油浆脱除多环芳烃的效果。结果表明,混合脱沥青过程脱除油浆中多环芳烃是可行的,可以达到在分离减渣中沥青的同时,也分离油浆中多环芳烃的目的。当混合脱沥青过程的总脱沥青油收率在46.3%~64.0%时,油浆自身的脱沥青油收率在57%~85%,而减渣自身的脱沥青油收率在38%~61%;混合脱沥青过程中,从油浆得到的脱沥青油与油浆单独脱沥青得到的脱沥青油,在收率相近时,质量也相近。
