目的 :通过对四川民间药掌裂叶秋海棠、一点血、美丽秋海棠根茎的生药学研究 ,为该类药的临床应用、质量标准的制定和进一步开发利用提供资料。方法 :性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴定相结合。结果 :木栓组织、纤维、石细胞、腺毛的存在与否和形态特征存在种间差异 ,三者均含芦丁和槲皮素。结论 :首次对三种秋海棠进行了生药学研究。

The paper reports diagnosis,flowers volume,cultivation and reproduction of the two wild floweres begoniaceae , begonia pedatifida levl and begoniia wilsonii gagnep in the Doupeng Mountains Conservation Area of Water and Forest of Duyun,Guizhou Province.So , the wild floweres resources offer to develop or to improve the theories.

本文就分布于贵州省都匀市斗篷山水源林自然保护区的二种秋海棠科 (Begoniaceae)植物野生花卉 (WildFlower)掌裂叶秋海棠 (BegoniapedatifidaLevl.)和一点血秋海棠 (BegoniawilsoniiGagnep .)的生物学特征 ,花卉开发价值及其栽培管理与繁殖进行论述 ,为野生花卉的开发利用提供科学理论依据。

A number of plantlets of Begonia laciniata were propagated in two way using leaves and stipes of wild individual.(1) Adventitious buds were directly induced from the explant on MS+6-BA 3mg/L medium.The Adventitious buds could rapidly grow into turfed plantlets on MS+NAA 0.5mg/L+6-BA 0.5mg/L medium.(2) Callus was best induced from lesves of Begonia Laciniata on MS+NAA 0.5mg/L+2,4-D 0.5mg/L+6-BA 0.5mg/L medium. Adventitious buds were easily indued from callus on MS+6-BA 1mg/L medium.The roots of test-tube quikly...

利用野生裂叶秋海棠叶片及叶柄培养,通过两种方式获得大量再生植株.(1)直接从外植体表面诱导出不定芽,最佳诱导培养基为MS+6 BA3mg/L,不定芽在培养基MS+NAA0.5mg/L+6 BA0.5mg/L增殖成丛生芽.(2)先诱导出愈伤组织,再由愈伤组织分化出大量不定芽.最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+NAA0.5mg/L+2,4 D0.5mg/L+6 BA0.5mg/L.愈伤组织不定芽分化培养基为MS+6 BA1mg/L.试管苗在含1/5MS无机盐的培养基上生根,之后移栽成活率达85%.
