The fine blanking technology is one of excellent metal plate steel tooling technology, the fine blanking craft can be able to acquire the quality equal to the quality of grinding. The tolerance of dimension is IT8-IT7. The rough degree of shear plane is Ra0.18um~Ra0.14um.
By using DEFORM-3D software,a 3D FE model of fine-blanking was created,and the updated Langrage elasto-plastic FEM and the adaptive remeshing technique based on strain gradient and surface curvature were used to simulate the localized severe plastic deformation.
