This paper presents the fundamentals of compulsory lubricant drawing process and puts forward the approximate methods for calculating liguid pressure in the die cavity and the drawing force in the process that are comparred wifh experimental results measured by means of electronic instruments.The limiting ratios of drawing of alloy sheets involving three different kinds of titanium and 30CrMnSi steel were obtained by a series of experiments. It is found through experiments that the drawability of some titanium alloys by conventional drawing process on a punch press is so low that cracks will unavoidable occur at the flange of testing piece, Whereas by compulsory lubricant drawing performed on a low speed hydraulic press can yield satisfactory results. Of all the alloys tested, 30CrMnSi steel has scored the best drawability.

Based on the test results, guiding function of SFM for arranging drawing beads is discovered, and the accuracy of SFM for blank development is shown theoretically to be improved by adjusting the sink distribution.

汇场法已被证明是一种可行的理论方法。本文进一步研究了它对平面异形拉深零件外形的自动处理,绘出了自动绘制出的异形件毛料外形,用拉深实验检验了汇场法自动确定的几件典型零件毛料外形。在此基础上,提出了汇场法对设置拉深凸埂的指导作用,同时指出汇疡法确定毛料外形的精度可通过汇强的调整来改善。
