In this dissertation, the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism has been applied, with the combinations of empirical and logical analysis, macro and micro analysis. Based on the theories of Management Science and other relative sciences, this dissertation aims at doing a research on the patterns of operation strategy, management system, marketing and financial management of Newspaper Groups.
The second part is the situation of web market, analyzing the operationenvironment of macro web market, and also the environment in northernChina especially hi Dalian district.
Aiming at these problems and according to the macro and the micro views, international and domestic ways, theoretical and practical methods, the thesis will analyze the whole economy of the China's n ewspaper industry. On foundation towards the investigation of Nanking newspaper market and regarding Xinhua Daily Group's competition strategies as the example, the thesis will study the ways to promote the development of newspaper economy and offer the beneficial thoughts about newspaper industry.

They are all very important factors in practice .
