In this paper, the benefits and deficiencies of substituting paraffin for butadiene sodium rubber as the lubricants used in the production of cemented carbides are studied. On the base of experiments and commereal production practice processing parameters for paraffin(including proper selection of the types of paraffin, admixing methods, weight admixed, control of the carbon contens in mixtures shrinkage coefficients of green compacts, presintering for dewaxing, Sintering and etc.)were discussed. The economic results obtained by using paraffin were listed and the trends to further improving, the processes were given.

本文对用石蜡取代丁钠橡胶作硬质合金生产成形剂的优点及其不足进行了论述。根据试验和大批量生产实践,对石蜡工艺参数(品种选择、掺蜡方式的确定、加入量、混合料中碳量调整、压坯收缩系数、脱蜡预烧和烧结等)进行了讨论,并列举了石蜡作成形剂的技术经济效果。

研究了以SBS为主要成分的硬质合金新型成形剂的合理配方与应用。试验表明,将SBS与一些助剂按一定比例溶在适当的溶剂中制成的粘合剂溶液作力硬质合金生产的成形剂,具有灰分低、粘结强度高等特点,所掺加的料成粒性好,压坯强度高。工艺试验表明,该成形剂的应用工艺与丁钠橡胶工艺基本相同,因此便于推广应用。

The impact resistance of HDPE/Rubber/CaCO3 composite material was studied and the fracture surfaces of impact test specimens were investigated by SEM in this paper.The results show that the influence of CaCO3 on the impact resistance of composite materials is related to the sort of rubber. The impact resistance of HDPE/BR/CaCO3composite material increases with the addition of CaCO3. The impact resistance of HDPE/BR/CaCO3composite material increases greatly with the addition of 201# resin(bromophenolics)which forms cross-linked graft polymer in the composite material.The impact resistance of HDPE/Chloronorgutta/CaCO3 decreases rapidly with the addition of CaCO3.

研究了HDPE/橡胶/CaCO3复合材料的抗冲击性能,并对冲击断面作了扫描电镜(SEM)观察。结果表明,CaCO3对复合材料抗冲击性能的影响和橡胶种类有关。在HDPE/丁钠橡胶/CaCO3和HDPE/IIR/CaCO3材料(HDPE/橡胶=86/14)中,CaCO3的加入使冲击强度略有下降,CaCO3填充量达到30%时仍有较高的冲击强度(>600J/m)。在HDPE/BR/CaCO3材料中,CaCO3的加入使冲击强度有所增加;加入交联剂溴代酚醛树脂(201#树脂)后,生成的接枝交联物又恢复合材料的冲击强度大幅度提高。但在HDPE/氯丁橡胶/CaCO3材料中,CaCO3的加入使复合材料的冲击强度大幅度下降。
